Getting the right size the first time means you are running in your Cloudmonsters within the week instead of waiting on an exchange. Most runners fit true to size in the Cloudmonster. If you have a wider foot or wear thicker running socks go up half a size. The toe box is more generous than older On models so if previous On shoes felt too narrow this one will likely fit you well in your normal size. The Cloudmonster Hyper fits the same way.
